We will notify you as soon as possible whether your child is eligible and has a space in one of our programs. If your child is eligible but there is no space available, he/she may be placed on a waiting list.
The First Presbyterian Church Childcare is a private-pay program that services children from six weeks old to school age. We provide excellent childcare services, a healthy and safe learning environment, and a great team to ensure that your child will receive the best care possible.
Infants:
Our infant program accepts children beginning at 6 weeks. We give your baby the love and attention they deserve through interactive experiences developing mind and body alike. The curriculum includes one-on-one activities like puppets, music, books and exercise.
Infants and toddlers:
We channel the natural curiosity of toddlers into a higher level of understanding through experiences with blocks, music, creative play and more - all promoting positive social interaction and language acquisition!
Toddlers to 2+:
Our curriculum for children in the toddlers and two plus fosters the critical relationship building that occurs at this age, supporting intellectual and social development. Teachers emphasize daily routines and social interaction through learning centers and hands-on activities and other small group activities
Pre-K:
Our environment prepares your child for their first day of school. Classrooms are divided into learning centers, encouraging your child to learn new skills through self-selected, hands-on activities
We are focused on preparing your children to begin Kindergarten by focusing on math, literacy, science and communication skills. Our teachers assess each child’s development throughout the year to help guide planning, teaching, and partnerships with parents.
School Age After-School:
Our after-school program provides children daily experiences in math, science, language, and art, as well as outdoor time to run and play. Transportation from school provided by the Warren Public Schools.

Prices are as follows:
Infants 6 weeks old -18 months: $115/wkly
18 months - 2 ½ yrs old: $105.00/wkly
2 ½ yrs old - 3 yrs old (Pre-K): $100.00/ wkly
After-school: $50.00/wkly
Enrollment Fee: $30.00
Your child may also qualify for the low income state voucher program through the Department of Human Services.

Arkansas Better Chance for School Success is a high-quality pre-kindergarten program funded by the Arkansas Department of Education and administered by the Arkansas Division of Elementary and Secondary Education for children ages 3 and 4 years for families with gross income not exceeding 200% of the FPL at this facility. Research tells us children are born learning. They learn through play and by experience. Arkansas Better Chance early childhood educators prepare children for kindergarten with positive experiences, high-quality environments and research-based curriculums. Our teachers assess each child’s development throughout the year to help guide planning, teaching, and partnerships with parents.

The Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) is a research-based initiative designed to provide family-centered services for low-income families that promote the development of children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old and prepare them for the transition into preschool.
The initiative fosters the parents’ efforts to fulfill their parental roles and helps them move toward self-sufficiency. The initiative further promotes continuity of care for the entire family through adherence to a research-based fidelity model, strong family engagement and connections to essential resources for daily living.
Early Head Start programs provide family-centered, full-day, full-year services designed to promote the development of the youngest children and engage parents in their roles as primary caregivers and teachers of their children. The program promotes the school readiness of low-income children in relationship-based learning environments that support their academic, emotional and physical development. EHS-CCP programs also provide health, educational, nutritional, social and family support services.
